Annual sales reached $50 million for the first time last year and owner Crawford Brock believes there’s potential to reach $75 million over the next five years.
The Cucinelli shop, which is to the right of the store’s main entrance and will have a bar, will be one of the largest men’s Cucinelli shops inside another store in the country, according to Brock.
The Cucinelli women’s shop is being expanded and several brands are getting new three-sided designer shops, Brock said. The elevator landing facing the Crescent courtyard is getting a coffee and beverage bar with seating inside and on the terrace.
