PRETORIA - Tshwane mayor Stevens Mokgalapa volunteered to take special leave, according to Gauteng Caucus leader, John Moodey The embattled mayor has been embroiled in a sex scandal in the city's offices with Transport MMC, Sheila Senkubuge.The DA says its Federal Legal Commission will investigate and the two will get a chance to give their version of events.Moodey explained the investigation would cover how the recording was obtained, its authenticity and whether the pair brought the party into disrepute.Meanwhile, the EFF in Tshwane has tabled an urgent motion of no confidence in Mokgalapa.
