UPDATE: Police pull man's body from Richmond Hill golf course pond after golf cart incident.
The body of a 71-year-old Toronto man has been pulled from a well-known Richmond Hill golf course after entering into the pond under unknown circumstances..
It was at noon that police received the report of the incident at DiamondBack Golf Club, on Leslie Street, near Bethesda Sideroad.The York Regional Police marine unit was called in and shortly before 4 p.m. officers recovered the body.The death does not appear suspicious, according to Const. Maniva Armstrong.
