Police in Glasgow are appealing to the public to help them identify a woman who is in a 'critical condition' after being hit by a car.
The driver of the car was uninjured but the woman was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where staffed have described her condition as 'critical'.Emergency services have been unable to identify the woman and have issued an appeal in order to find the woman's family and notify them. Sergeant Chris Hoggans of the Road Policing Department based in Glasgow said: “It is imperative we find out who this woman is so we can contact her family and let them know what has happened. She is aged between 35 – 45 years old, has light brown/blond hair and was wearing a light cream coloured jacket.
