The campaign aims to keep children in need, warm this winter. This year they are doubling their goal, and hope to collect 500 new coats. "It's a really big relief to parents to have one less thing that they have to worry about, because that's money that can go towards bills, or maybe gifts for their children during the holidays," said Kevin Femmel, Director of Communications, United Way of San Antonio. "Everyone is hard pressed and people are using jackets that are a little bit older, or maybe they've added a couple of little ones to their family," said Femmel.
