United Airlines Inc. said Wednesday it is offering $2.25 billion in senior secured notes in a private offering. The bonds will be offered in two tranches maturing in 2023 and 2025. Proceeds of the deal will be used to repay a $2.0 billion term loan entered into in March and for general corporate purposes. Shares fell 0.8% premarket.
