‘Being fired affected me a lot,’ says former Ukhozi FM radio host Ngizwe Mchunu on Showmax’s ‘Unfollowed’.Mchunu was fired from Ukhozi FM in 2018 after 11 years at the station following allegations of leaking private station information.
“It affected me a lot. I was highly depressed. I was depressed, and I can only thank my wives, who managed to stick by me and support me all the way. I have cattle, so I managed to survive,” says the radio personality on the “I took over as president during the 2021 unrest. I was the president of the forest. I have done my part during the unrest, and I have learnt my lesson.”A child was recently saved from being abducted thanks to his quick-thinking parents.
