Underperforming MMCs to face same fate as EFF’s Dunga, says Ekurhuleni mayor

Mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza says those who do not meet their performance targets will be removed

Service delivery shortfalls in the municipality have been attributed to irregular expenditure of funds.
