A leopard recently found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time at the MalaMala Game Reserve , which is part of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in Mpumalanga. A pride of lions had worked together to surround the poor leopard, with one brave lioness going in for the kill. But while she was biting down on its neck and sucking the life out of it with the infamous 'death grip', the male lion was getting bored and thought the moment of murder would be the perfect time to get a little frisky.
Who said pain and pleasure don't go together? This unbelievable wildlife sighting happened this week in the game reserve right next to the Kruger National Park, with Ranger Thabs there to see it firsthand and share the footage with Latest Sightings. Typical cocky male to try his luck with a female preoccupied with, arguably, more important things.
