Radin Romyullah was charged with two offences, including swearing allegiance to Abu Bakar Al-Baghdadi and possessing an external hard disk containing materials related to the Islamic State and its activities. He allegedly committed these acts at the same location between the end of 2014 and May 17, 2024.
