Among those participating in the forum was Defence Minister Anita Anand, who in her own address told those in attendance that Ukraine’s military is winning the war and Russian President Vladimir Putin had only united NATO and renewed its purpose. Freezing temperatures are putting additional pressure on energy networks, grid operator Ukrenergo said.
