10:33:56Vladimir Putin is to chair an emergency meeting of Russia's Security Council today, a Russian lawmaker has said, after a group of Ukrainian saboteurs reportedly infiltrated the Bryansk border region.Moscow was"forced" to suspend its participation in a major nuclear arms treaty with the US because of its support for Ukraine, Russia's deputy foreign minister has claimed.

Russia' TASS news agency says Russian guardsmen are fighting the group which infiltrated the region's border today. He later said Ukrainian armed forces had launched a drone attack and fired at other areas near the border. "What we see is a system of detention and brutality where hundreds of people disappeared and were tortured."Mr Jordash added that the discovery is only"a small part of the overall criminal plan" being revealed in Kherson.
