Moscow is open to serious proposals on resolving the crisis in Ukraine, Russia's foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.

The attacks were carried out from the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov and Russia's Bryansk province, which borders Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian air force.
