According to the environmental campaign group, the IAEA's four inspectors at the plant are insufficient and too many restrictions are placed on their access. Sky News has spoken to 15 people, each with similar stories of the treatment they endured - treatment that amounts to crimes against humanity. Over the last two weeks, Ukraine announced the capture of two key villages, Andriivka and Klishchiivka, in the east near the destroyed city of Bakhmut.
In its account of military activity, Russia's defence ministry also reported heavy fighting in the area, saying its forces had beaten back 10 attacks by Ukrainian troops near Klishchiivka and further south, near the village of Nevelske. Ukraine is paying"special attention" to the Kherson region amid Russian shelling of"particular brutality", Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.
Rescue teams have been sifting through the rubble after a missile attack in Kostiantynivka, in the eastern Donetsk region. Two ships have sailed in recent days from the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk using the channel, which hugs the Romanian and Bulgarian coasts.
