Ukhozi's DJ Zeal celebrates 17 years on radio
Radio presenter Zandile “DJ Zeal” Dladla looks back at 17 years as a radio broadcaster and the impact she has had on the listeners. She told City Press that she was grateful for the gift of radio because having her contract renewed every year took a lot of hard work.
making her the youngest female on a national commercial radio at the time, she said. She left the radio station in 2014 and joined Gagasi FM where she did not stay for long. Having worked for Vuma FM and East Coast Radio, Dladla who is known for her tag like “Ngyak’chazela nje” and “nayi le voice”. She said the next goal was to host prime time slots.
