A further 11 cases of Monkeypox are expected to be announced by health experts today - doubling the size of the UK's outbreak.

The UK’s monkeypox outbreak has more than doubled, health officials will reportedly announce today.

Monkeypox can be passed on by direct contact though sex, but is not considered to be a sexually transmitted infection. That is why outbreaks reported in Britain, Portugal, Spain and the United States have cased alarm among public health experts.
