Since becoming the head coach of the University of Houston men's basketball team almost a decade ago, Sampson has celebrated some of his biggest moments with a bottle of wine, courtesy of the Sonoma, Calif.-based brand"The Calling" co-founded by legendary CBS broadcaster and UH alum Jim Nantz. "I talk to him a lot. When people say Jim is a Cougar, that dude is a Cougar," Sampson said Monday night on his weekly radio show."He watches every single game and most of them he'll text me. If we have a big win and Karen says you have a heavy box at the door, I say it's probably a box of wine from Jim Nantz."
