UCT invites 'Gupta agent' Matshela Koko to lecture students on 'ethics and professionalism'
The University of Cape Town last week invited former Eskom boss Matshela Koko – who was heavily implicated in the Gupta family's capture of the power utility and in a further R2.2 billion corruption scandal for which he was arrested last year – to lecture students on"ethics and professionalism" and other topics.
Koko boasted on social media about the invitation from UCT's civil engineering department, posting a short video clip of himself outside the university campus on Friday afternoon.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
