Tyler, the Creator and his mother accept the Best Rap Album award for 'Igor' onstage during the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on Jan. 26, 2020 in Los Angeles.awarded best rap albumThe Los Angeles native was joined by his mom as he accepted his award, admitting he was unprepared but managed to deliver a heartfelt speech anyway. "I don't know if I'm gonna be up here again so bear with me," he said.
Starting off with a sweet message to his mom -- "You did a great job raising this guy," he told her as she wiped away tears -- Tyler also thanked his team and Pharrell Williams, who he said "opened up a door that you guys cannot imagine."
