BREAKING: Two citizens of the United States were arrested after they were caught sending U.S. aviation technology to Russia.
The two were arrested in Kansas City, Commerce Department official Matthew Axelrod announced, according to Reuters. It was unclear what technology was sent or how the suspects were discovered.
