The survey analysed Tripadvisor reviews, Instagram hashtags and global search volumes to create an index score and rank the world’s best luxury train rides. WORLD’S BEST TRAIN RIDESThe train operates from South Africa. It came in fourth place, ahead of Japan’s Seven Stars in the rankings. Renowned for its luxurious accommodations, fine dining experiences, and breathtaking landscapes, the Blue Train could also be considered a five-star hotel on wheels.The country’s tourism and hospitality sectors were hit hard during the pandemic and thereafter.
