A man was driving the wrong way on the city’s Northwest side when he struck another car around 1:20 a.m. in the 9400 block of Bandera Road.The other driver, a 38-year-old man, was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.Officers were dispatched to Texas State Highway 151 and Potranco Road. When they arrived, they discovered a passenger unresponsive in one of the vehicles.
