Officers were called with reports of a woman being forced to work in the sex trade at a Mississauga hotel. After an investigation on Jan. 30, investigators from the Specialized Enforcement Bureau determined one of the suspects was allegedly exercising control over the victim’s life, profiting from it financially.Two men in their early 20s were arrested, and charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon and two other counts. One of the suspects was also charged with exercising control over another person.
