Geoffrey Pearson and Paul Smith will appear in court later today
Police spotted the vehicle in the Sale area in the early hours of the morning yesterday . It was suspected to have been stolen.
Geoffrey Pearson and Paul Smith have now been charged in relation to the incident. Pearson, 44, of Selby Road, Middleton, has been charged with burglary dwelling, going equipped for burglary and driving a motor vehicle dangerously.He has also been charged with aggravated taking without owner’s consent and driving with no insurance, police said.
Both men have been remanded into custody. They will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court later today.
