Ex-senior general manager of group procurement at Keppel FELS Wong Kok Seng, 72, was fined S$15,000 after pleading guilty to one count of taking bribes. Corus would obtain steel from its own suppliers, and both Thong and Tan found it important to maintain a good working relationship.
