Showcased at I/O this year, two cross-device services - call casting and internet sharing - start rolling out to compatible Android phones.
The services were first announced by Google at its I/O conference earlier in the year.Two services in particular have been spotted – Call casting and internet sharing., Google noted that call casting would allow users to, “cast video calls from your device to another device with the same Google Account.”
As for internet sharing, as the name suggests, you can, “share internet access between devices with the same Google Account.” It also pointed out that Internet sharing isn’t available on Samsung devices, noting that you would have to use the Auto Hotspot feature on a Samsung smartphone instead.
