Classic Doctor Who companions Tegan and Nyssa reunite in a new short webisode to celebrate the re-release of the classic series' season 20.
Tegan Jovanka has a surprising long-awaited reunion with fellow Doctor Who companion Nyssa along with an old foe in a new short webisode to celebrate the re-release of the classic series' season 20. Fielding and Sutton first joined the long-running sci-fi series in 1981 during the era of Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor, remaining on the TARDIS into Fifth Doctor Peter Davison's tenure until 1983 and 1984 respectively.
Titled "The Passenger", the webisode seemingly picks up with Tegan after the events of "The Power of the Doctor", where a mysterious text discussing the TARDIS leads to a surprising reunion with Nyssa after they parted ways on the Terminus space station in 1983's "Terminus". Despite the seemingly happy reunion between the two companions, not all is as it seems, as it is soon revealed that the evil alien entity, The Mara, still haunts Tegan.
