Two British-Israeli sisters killed in West Bank shooting named Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanya
Rina and Maya Zakharan, were born in London and moved to Israel in 2014, were killed by Palestinian assailants on Friday after Israel launched retaliatory air strikes at Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.They are the daughter of Rabbi Leo Dee, 50, who was a senior rabbi at the Radlett United Synagogue in Hertfordshire and an assistant rabbi in Hendon, north London.
Mr Netanyahu said: “On behalf of all the citizens of Israel, I send my condolences to the Di Mafart family for the murder of the two wonderful sisters, Rina and Maya Zakharan, in the severe attack in the Bekaa.
