Two people are facing charges after police busted an apparent counterfeit clothing operation in Toronto.
Investigators were tipped off in early February about ‘Brands Gone Wild,’ a business near Kipling Avenue and The Queensway. Officers conducted a search on Friday, seizing around $1.88-million in clothes purporting to be Nike, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Frank Monte, 64, and Michael Guerriero, 45, both from Toronto, have each been charged with fraud , possession of property obtained by crime and passing off description of wares.
