Durham police are out with a warning after two men allegedly used counterfeit cash to make purchases at local businesses.The duo were arrested June 12.David Neal, 47, from Toronto, has been charged with possession of counterfeit money , uttering counterfeit money, possession of property obtained by crime , fraud , making counterfeit money and failure to comply with a release order.
