TV cop from Channel 4 show charged with further sex offences
A POLICE officer who appeared on TV show Call The Cops has been charged with further sex offences against a young girl.PC Matthew Tregale has been charged with further sex offencesHe has been summonsed before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on March 8 to face two further charges of non-penetrative sexual activity.
The Devon and Cornwall officer, who appeared in the Channel 4 mini-series in 2019, was previously accused of a string of sex offences relating to three women over a 16-year period. Tregale is charged with four counts of sexual assault by penetration and one count of attempted rape against a woman between 2005 and 2010.
He is also facing two counts of false imprisonment and one of harassment with the threat of violence against the same woman.
