London Fire Brigade's David O'Neill joined a team of search-and-rescue specialists to travel to Turkey to help with the earthquake relief effort. Now back in London, the assistant commissioner told us what he saw while trying to save lives. Read more:
David O'Neill, deployment commander for the UK International Search & Rescue team in Turkey, told the BBC: "It felt as if there was a really strong bond, we all had a common purpose."
