Oak Bay police are seeking suspects after artificial turf was cut, removed and stolen from a park popular among cricket players.
, which is home to a cricket pitch and scoreboard at 2451 Windsor Rd.
A resident reported that an apartment building’s mailboxes and maintenance room had been targeted, prompting police to review CCTV footage showing a man using a long tool to enter the building at around 4:20 a.m. that morning.
