Proteas all-rounder Chloe Tryon hopes the Proteas can bounce back as they host New Zealand in Paarl on Monday.
Sune Luus' charges have three more Group A games to make their mark as they face the White Ferns on Monday, Australia at St George's Park on Saturday, and Bangladesh at Newlands next Tuesday. "We wanted to win that first game, but obviously what happened has happened... it looked a little bit scrambled, but I think as a unit we spoke about taking responsibility and I felt that none of the batters coming in took responsibility.
"It's a very important game against New Zealand coming up. So, you can't take anyone lightly, as you can see," said the Proteas all-rounder.Tryon backs her side to bounce back on Monday evening at Boland Park.
