President Donald Trump on Tuesday insisted that his administration was ready for any retaliation Iran might have in store after a drone attack last week that killed one of the country’s top military commanders.
Trump did not go into any further detail on that supposed plan, but indicated that the information might not remain under wraps: “That will be discussed tomorrow morning. Right now it’s classified. And that’ll be discussed tomorrow by [Secretary of State] Mike Pompeo and the joint chiefs of staff.”
