As the clock struck 5 p.m. and no word came from the Justice Department or Trump’s attorneys, the 77-year-old former president doubled down in another Truth Social post. “Also, why are they putting out another Fake Indictment the day after the Crooked Joe Biden SCANDAL, one of the biggest in American history, broke out in the Halls of Congress???” he wrote, an apparent reference to former Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer’s Monday deposition before the House Oversight Committee. “A Nation In Decline!”
