If you’re curious about the Mar-a-Lago lifestyle and have $2.5 million at your disposal, you’re in luck. A mansion owned by the Trump family in Palm Beach, FL, is now on the luxury lease market.

Located right across the street from Donald Trump‘s stately Florida residence, this luxe beach house is going for a hefty $208,000 per month—or just under $2.5 million per year.“This iconic and prestigious home on Billionaires Row offers a rare opportunity for people who want to try out the Palm Beach lifestyle,” says listing agent Margit Brandt, of Premier Estate Properties.

Barry listed the beachside mansion for $23.9 million in 2017, but it wound up staying in the family. An entity tied to Eric Trump purchased it for $22.9 million, according to Mansion Global. The home’s also flirted with buyers: It was listed in 2021 for $49 million. Curiously, the price was raised to $59 million in early 2022. It’s still listed for sale at that price, if you’d rather own the place outright.“Many people want to try out the Palm Beach lifestyle first,” she says.
