Former President Donald Trump travels to New York City ahead of the expected criminal arraignment on charges contained in a Manhattan grand jury indictment. But the Manhattan hush money probe is just one of several legal issues troubling Trump.

James announced the $250 million fine and ban on Trump's business in the state of New York.
