Hundreds of thousands of people who entered the United States illegally could be subject to immediate deportation under new rules but the ACLU warns there will be 'less due process than people get in traffic court'.

Exceptions will be made for asylum seekers, those with serious medical conditions, and people with substantial connections to the U.S.
