The Blitzboks have a training session between back-to-back World Sevens Series events which serves a dual purpose: closing the chapter on the previous tournament and opening a new one on the next one. Called “get back to zero”, the 30-minute workout draws a line between successive campaigns as well as grounds the players from whatever emotional rollercoaster the result at the previous competition took them through so they can be on terra firma for the upcoming one.
