Julie-Ann Mooney passed away in October 2023, eight weeks after receiving a cancer diagnosis
A West Belfast woman who died eight weeks after her cancer diagnosis has been described as a devoted mum who was the "life and soul of the party".

Nuala said: "Julie-Ann was the most caring and fun loving friend and it is amazing thinking back to our first concert together seeing A-ha in the King's Hall and everything we went on to do afterwards. Caitlin, Nuala and her family are now organising an event for the Northern Ireland Hospice at the Devenish on March 1, which will be a night of fun and celebration in Julie-Ann's memory.
