“Everything is an original recipe,” Jolie Stinneford said. “All of the recipes that were on the menu from when Dan and Jamie opened their doors are the same recipes we use today. We’ve added new recipes along the way, but we never changed any of their original dishes.” “Being around for 45 years means that we’ve been successful in creating an inviting atmosphere, a restaurant that people want to eat at, and one that they really like,” Charles Stinneford said, remarking on the anniversary. “It’s successful and we’ve survived because we give the customers what they’ve wanted over the years, which is great food at a reasonable price.”
