Tre Odoms-Dukes set to step into the Calgary Stampeders' spotlight CFL
If Odoms-Dukes can make himself a reliable target for quarterback Jake Maier, the Stamps should boast a dangerous trio of American receivers. Reggie Begelton and Malik Henry are already established stars in the CFL, but getting consistent play from a third American could be huge — especially because the Stamps’ young Canadians do look like they’re dangerous, but remain inexperienced.
The Stamps are hoping for more in 2023 and while many people did expect Odoms-Dukes to wind up as a starter, it’s worth noting that he needed to compete with a number of other players at training camp to earn his spot. For anyone looking for a sneaky pick for their fantasy team, Odoms-Dukes might be a good bet. There’s an opportunity waiting for him, and if he can reach out and take it, his numbers should be impressive.
