Air Canada says the flight was cancelled over technical issues, even though the same plane was immediately used to fly passengers to Winnipeg.
Silvino Braga said he's very disappointed and even pained by his experience with Air Canada. He holds up his phone, which shows many messages from Air Canada changing his flight details.

McIntosh and Taylor both say the incident has shaken their trust in the airline, and despite being longtime Air Canada flyers, they won't do so again. Air Canada said in an email statement that for safety reasons related to mechanical issues, it was not able to operate all flights as scheduled. That information was communicated to passengers, the airline said.
