Translink issues update on future plans for old Metro Kiosk in Belfast city centre
Due to a "notable decline" in use, Translink closed the Metro Kiosk in Donegal Square West in the city centre for good on New Year's Eve in 2020.
Now Translink has confirmed that the Kiosk will soon be relocating to a new home at the Ulster Transport Museum at Cultra. “The Kiosk was once a popular stop for passengers buying and topping up tickets and smartcards, picking up timetables and receiving passenger travel information.
