Dr Holger Wellmann, oncology lead at Life Healthcare, emphasises the significance of early detection and personalised “Robotic surgeries and targeted therapies are changing the landscape of oncology care.” These advancements allow for more precise targeting of tumours, reducing the impact on surrounding healthy tissue.

“From oncologists and radiologists to dieticians and psychologists, everyone plays a role in the patient's journey.” Regular physical activity: Target at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise weekly.
