Heartbroken tributes have been paid to a young doctor who died suddenly just four days before he was due to get married.
It is understood he had been attending the health and wellbeing suite when he collapsed and became unresponsive. Staff working at the time quickly responded and performed CPR until the ambulance service arrived at the scene.Dr McMahon was taken to the hospital where he worked as a doctor. However, he sadly passed away later.
One woman said: "Deepest condolences to Sean's fiancée and family. A genuinely lovely person who cared so much for everyone and was an absolute pleasure to have the privilege to have worked with. Rest in peace Sean." A spokesperson for the Trust added: “As a colleague and friend, the shock of Sean’s sudden passing is a great loss to all in the department.
