Houston TranStar is reporting a heavy truck lost its load during a two-vehicle crash at 10:49 a.m. The heavy truck apparently lost its tanker, which ended up on I-69 Eastex southbound at I-610 North Loop.No hazmat spill has been reported. The extent of injuries have not been disclosed.
