Football Insider has learned that Tottenham could accept a January offer for Giovani Lo Celso.
The 27-year-old impressed during pre-season and was given a second chance at a Spurs career by Ange Postecoglou.
Lo Celso has been injured for all of September so far and is set to miss out on Sunday’s derby clash with Arsenal.
