A new report has ranked Toronto as the twelfth wealthiest city in the world in 2023.
The report by Henley & Partners, a residence and citizenship advisory firm,based on the number of residents that are High-Net-Worth-Individuals .
The data covered Africa, Australasia, East Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Toronto came in twelfth place with 105,200 HNWIs, and ranked fifth in North America. It’s home to 18 billionaires and 193 centimillionaires, or those with wealth greater than US$100 million.
